Upon moving to their current location on the Bruce Highway at 95 Gladstone Road South Rockhampton, Newsome’s became one of regional Queensland’s first Dunlop Super Dealers in 1982.

 

Always a Rockhampton family business, Daryl and Julie Newsome took over the driver's seat in 2002. Since then, the company has become the biggest supplier of tyres and wheels in Rockhampton and across Central Queensland for passenger, 4WD, truck, and earthmoving customers. Newsomes also supply and fit tyres for forklifts, mowers, and skid steers.

 

A significant focus for Newsome’s Tyre & Mechanical is keeping their many rural clients on the move.
